I would say this is a good hotel. The location is fantastic. All the sights are within walking distance. Tram stops are very close by. We could easily walk to SultanAhmet and the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and also walk in the other direction to Sirkeci tram stop and the Bosphorous. The entrance and and lobby are very nice. The pool/sauna/hammam are also very nice and nicely kept. The houskeeping is excellent and the rooms were very clean. My kids loved using the pool/jacuzzi but be aware kids are only allowed to use it until 6PM. The staff are also very good. Polite, attentive and eager to help guests.

The hotel is well located for exploring the main sights in the European side of Istanbul and close to the ferry stations if you want to go the Asian side. We did not need any transport but walked to all our visiting destinations - yet Taksim is a bit far if you are not in a good condition. The service in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room price included all, also the spa. Free afternoon coffee was a nice surprise. The restaurant serves only the breakfast and afternoon coffee but that is not a problem as there are several nice restaurants within 100-m radius from the hotel.

The staff welcomed us with such warmth and enthusiasm, they were the best. The spa is outrageously beautiful and also super private. My kids and I spent several hours down there each day and had the whole place to ourselves, from the incredibly gorgeous pool to the Turkish bath, sauna and steam room. Our room was also really big and spacious with cozy beds. The staff recommended a rooftop restaurant nearby called Seres and it blew our mind with the most delicious vegetarian food options, amazing views, fantastic ambiance and live DJ.

We would like to return again.
